How can you be an expert if you don’t focus on certain countries/regions?
We don’t claim to know everything about everywhere, but we do pride ourselves on being able to provide expertise and tailored recommendations around luxury hotels, resorts, and lodges throughout the world.
This is possible through traveling as much as we can to see destinations and hotels for ourselves. And where we don’t have the latest boots on the ground, through a strong network of trusted relationships in the industry and feedback we get from sending clients on luxury trips around the world.
How do I pay for my booking?
Our bookings are considered direct with the hotel. Most of the time you’ll pay when you check-in, with your own card, and yes you’ll still accrue points and nights on your stays with many brands.
Why should I use you instead of Amex (FHR) or Chase (The Edit)?
Using us is way better than using a credit card company. We offer the same benefits (if not better), and even more access to special hotel benefits that may not be available otherwise. If you really need to book Amex FHR, we can do that too, but we’ll also get you access to every other hotel program out there. Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, Hyatt Prive, Marriott STARS, Belmond Bellini club…the list goes on.
