What are the benefits you offer?
Our clients get access to VIP handling, personalized recommendations, and added benefits with various luxury hotels and brands around the world. These partners include Four Seasons, Rosewood, Marriott, Hyatt, Aman, Belmond and more.
Through our partnerships and strong industry relationships, we’re able to extend benefits like complimentary breakfast, hotel credit, room upgrades, and more. Exact perks will vary by property, but the cool thing about working with us is we have a variety of tools and partnerships we can leverage to ensure you get the very best perks and amenities when you book your stay through us.
Our bookings are considered direct with the hotels.
How do I know we’re a good fit?
Do you love travel and value a luxury hotel just as much? Are personalized recommendations and quick communications important to you? If so, let’s chat.
Which destinations or types of trips can you help me with?
Our job is to know luxury travel. Regardless of where you want to go or what you want to do, we probably know how to make it happen. From trekking in Bhutan to hopping across Europe to honeymooning in Southeast Asia, if you’re looking to do it luxe, it’s in our wheelhouse.
How do I get booked?
Send an email to sherman@sarahwlee.com with your trip details to get started.
Or if you already have dates and a hotel in mind, use our booking engine to get yourself booked fast with perks automatically added. We’ll still VIP your stay and reach out to personalize your trip. Reach out for access.
What if I already booked a hotel or cruise myself?
If you booked directly with the hotel, we may still be able to help. Sometimes we can take over your booking as the agency on record without having to change anything else, including the rate. Email us at sherman@sarahwlee.com with your booking details.
Didn’t book direct? No worries. We’re always happy to re-price a trip for you to see if it makes sense to modify your booking and have us add perks.
How can you be an expert if you don’t focus on certain countries/regions?
We don’t claim to know everything about everywhere, but we do pride ourselves on being able to provide expertise and tailored recommendations around luxury hotels, resorts, and lodges throughout the world.
This is possible through traveling as much as we can to see destinations and hotels for ourselves. And where we don’t have the latest boots on the ground, through a strong network of trusted relationships in the industry and feedback we get from sending clients on luxury trips around the world.
How do I pay for my booking?
Our bookings are considered direct with the hotel. Most of the time you’ll pay when you check-in, with your own card, and yes you’ll still accrue points and nights on your stays with many brands.
Why should I use you instead of Amex (FHR) or Chase (The Edit)?
Using us is way better than using a credit card company. We offer the same benefits (if not better), and even more access to special hotel benefits that may not be available otherwise. If you really need to book Amex FHR, we can do that too, but we’ll also get you access to every other hotel program out there. Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, Hyatt Prive, Marriott STARS, Belmond Bellini club…the list goes on.
Plus, when you book with us you aren’t just another booking. You’ll get VIP handling leading up to your stay, and real, responsive support if anything does go wrong. Without having to listen to hold music.
