Let’s unpack The Peninsula Hotels’ preferred partnership program for travel advisors, known as PenClub. I’m a PenClub advisor, which means my clients get access to exclusive benefits at Peninsula hotels worldwide, on top of my existing relationships with individual hotels.
PenClub can’t be booked on the Peninsula website, so working with an advisor is the only way to get these perks.
What are the benefits?
The specific perks vary by property, but generally you can expect:
- Complimentary daily breakfast for two
- Hotel credit per stay, typically around $100 (amount varies by property)
- Room upgrade of one category, confirmed at booking (select room categories may be excluded by property)
- “Peninsula Time”: Guaranteed flexible check-in from as early as 6am and check-out as late as 10pm (subject to blackout dates)
- Welcome amenity
Does PenClub cost more than booking direct?
Nope. You pay the same best available rate you’d see on the Peninsula website. PenClub isn’t a paid membership or a points program.
Is there a minimum stay?
Nope. Even 1-night stays qualify for these benefits.
How do I book?
